A few pictures to brighten the day

I finally got new batteries for the digital cam I'd borrowed from my sister, so I was able to download the pictures on the memory card, and take a few new ones as well. Click on a thumbnail to see a larger pic (and yes [info]moonlightjoy, they open another window :P)


I was talking to [info]emjayne yesterday about my chronic lack of bookshelf space. Now consider that I have two other bookshelves that are in a similar state
This is a picture of my parents' dog, waiting for my dad to come back from wherever he went when that picture was taken.
This is what the old breakfast nook in my kitchen looks like now. I ripped out the old, ugly benches that were nailed to the walls. [info]eniran came over last night to give me a hand with the plaster, though I suspect she was there only for the dinner I told her I'd cook :P

I'm currently working on a webpage for my bookbinding projects. It should be up sometime today.

    *hurt look* You don't really think I only spend time with you because of your mad skills in the kitchen, do you? I also enjoy making you and the guy at the grocery store laugh your asses off.

    Besides, when I agreed to come, the offer on the table was “book store then plaster my kitchen”. There was no mention of food. ;P
    Though I know better than to think you'd let me leave without feeding me, just in case I ate popcorn for dinner again.
