I'm looking for roommates. I currently share a 3-bedroom apartment near Snowdon metro. Currently, a third of the rent, with phone, utilities, cable (tv and high-speed internet) is 360$. Rent might be going up a bit, but not extravagantly so. It's the upper floor of a duplex. Fridge and stove are mine, and I might be buying my roomie's washer-dryer pair. One of my roommates is moving in with her boyfriend, and the other wants to go at it alone, after having had roommates for the last 6 years. <\/p>\n
I'm saving up to buy a condo in a few years, so this deal is too good to pass up, given the outrageous rent prices these days, and I really hate moving. Hence, I'm looking for roommates. For the first time in years, all of my friends are staying put and aren't doing their usual apartment shuffle, so I thought of asking on LJ.<\/p>\n
I'm a bioinformatics consultant in my late twenties. Fairly quiet, I spend most of my days at the office and most of my nights cooking, watching TV and reading. No wild parties, no major insanity. I'm looking for someone to share the rent and maintain a cool living environment. <\/p>\n
