Katy seriously hates her job, and it&apos;s affecting her physically and emotionally. I&apos;m trying to be as supportive as I can, but sometimes, I&apos;m only human and I react less than stellarly to her grumpiness. I feel bad about it &#8211; I know it&apos;s not directed at me &#8211; but it&apos;s still putting some tension between us that really shouldn&apos;t be there.
