Stuff like that still weirds me out.\n<li>I&apos;m going to stay off the chilies for a while, as I think they give me heartburn.\n<li>I&apos;m sleeping better these days, but there&apos;s still some things niggling at my usual good night&apos;s sleep.\n<li>I&apos;m watching <i>Industrial Revelations<\/i> on Discovery. The host reminds me of Katy&apos;s dad.
