Finely chop one mushroom.<br \/>\n2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped mushroom for 3-4 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Add the sausage meat to the pan, and heat for a further 1-2 minutes, to brown.<br \/>\n4. Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl.<br \/>\n5. Stir in the breadcrumbs, tomato and mustard and mix together well to combine.<br \/>\n6. Spoon the mixture into the remaining whole mushroom.<br \/>\n7.
