Season with thyme, parsley, tabasco, salt &#038; pepper. When the beef is browned, add two diced onions, 3 small diced carrots, half a punnet of quartered mushrooms, one head of broccoli florets and add a bit of water. Cover and let the veg steam until tender (about 8-10 minutes). <\/p>\n<p>Add the ingredients to the lined pie dish. I reused the frying pan to make some thick instant gravy (Bisto granules) and covered the veg\/meat with it. Cover with the second half of the pastry and seal well.
