That dark wodge of schmutz has been stuck in my bellybutton for the past week and has finally fallen out (with a bit of gentle teasing, which will probably get me yelled at by the surgeon, who doesn&#8217;t like his work to leave scars but the itching was driving me mad).<\/p>\n<p>P.S.
