In a heavy bottomed saucepan, bring the maple syrup and cream to the boil. Let boil for 2 minutes. Make sure it doesn&#8217;t boil over.<\/p>\n<p> Cream together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs one by one. Fold in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.
