Katy,\u00a0 Bean and I went walkabout in town,\u00a0 before meeting up with my “cousin” who lives in Lausanne. The weather was shite, as in wet and miserable, but it turned out to be a nice,\u00a0 productive and enjoyable day.\u00a0 Katy and I bought some monthly bus\/metro passes and wrangled a tired,\u00a0 whiny, over excited bean through a marketplace, a toy shop,\u00a0 a cr\u00eaperie, Starbucks, a phone shop,\u00a0 a tea shop,\u00a0 and a gelateria. We got some good tips from my cousin and started to get to know each other a bit.\u00a0 We left with promises of dinner when everyone is sorted in new living arrangements.
