I'm looking for a roommate, as you all know. A friend of a friend came over last week to see it, and was really interested in renting it, until she found out it was only available in july (and she wanted it for april). We left it at that. That night, I talked to my roommates, and found out both would be willing to leave early. Yay, finally some good news.
So of course the universe conspires to drive me insane. I wasn't able to reach the girl for the last week, and in the meantime, she found something else.
I am now back to square one, and highly pissed off.

Gimme the details of the apartment (location, size, rent, utilities, etc.) and I'll post it in the McGill classifieds, and I can put up ads in the campus buildings as well, such as Burnside. Would you mind having students around? Other than that, I really can't help you, I don't know anyone who is looking for a place.

The rent went up by 60$. If we're three people, it's 380$/month all included. If we're only two people, it's 570$. That includes ALL utilities and cable + high-speed internet. Other details that haven't been mentioned are recently redone hardwood floors, balcony on a really quiet neighborhood and close to a video rental place, bank, metro, grocery store, pharmacy, SAQ and 2nd cup.
