lazy little weekend

*yawn*

It's the little things in life. A large pot of pasta sauce simmering away on the stove, some amber incense burning in the background, and some nice music playing in the background. Wish everyday could be like this…

Had a beer with eniran last night. We wondered why Hurleys was so packed, then we realized it was the weekend before St-Paddies. I almost died, choking on my beer, when she dropped her lighter in her pint of guiness. After that, we went to her mom's place on the south shore to check on the dogs and the one-eyed cat, where I proceeded to cook a damn good batch chicken carbonara linguine (and that's quite a feet, considering that her mom's stove is a POS :P) She dropped me off home, and I fell like a brick.

Slow day today. Went to help a friend move some furniture for his apartment this morning. Did my groceries (hence the pot of pasta sauce) and a mountain of dishes so the apartment can look presentable for potential roommates. There's a guy that's coming tomorrow, so that's a start. .

Don't know what I'll do tonight; I'm supposed to give Michel a call later.
