I went to meet Katy at the train station, across town, during rush hour and I did not get lost, nor did I get killed by traffic. This is an achievement!

That's good. Getting fresh air and exercise the reflexes and the body.
Getting killed is bad, but worst thing would be having tires rolling on your toes. Ruins the shoes, and hurt like hell.

Frankly I think it's an achievement whenever anyone makes it down as far as the train station! But that's probably because I live in the north end of the city.
