Continuing my investigation on bandwidth usage, I did some number crunching on my raw access logs. on a daily basis, half of the unique referrers in my apache logs come from myspace.

It's doing it to pics on your LJ, too. The default URL of your LJ is now http://talisker.livejournal.com/ not http://www.livejournal.com/users/talisker.
If people keep stealing images, something else you could try is giving them a png 2000 pixels wide and one pixel high. This will break lots of layouts.

I know, but the damn thing is that I don't have access to the .htaccess rules directly. I have to go through cPanel on my webhost, which is proving tricky.
