After a large lunch of brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, stuffing and waaaay too much other foodstuffs, the floor boards are creaking and the invisible duck is quacking up a storm…

3 hours on,  giving it a baste and scooping out some of the extra liquid (keeping that for the gravy).

Otherwise, the house is full of he sweet noise of chaos,  mayhem and over-stimulation.
