What kind of disease are you?

Talisker:

Talisker is caused by sponges.

Talisker disease causes a constant lack of clothing.
To cure Talisker infection, keep a live squirrel in your underpants for a week.

Name?

Is that a rodent in your pants, or are you just happy to see me?

Oh, I keep accidentally replying to e-mail, instead of in the handy little form field LJ sends to one's e-mail account. Always an error.

And, yeah – no worries. ;) I rarely mention it to avoid the Rainbow-Brain-Hook attack, where you lunge wildly at all around you, attempting to haul people's brains out their noses via your preferences alone.

The Furry Brain Hook Attack is the most vicious I've met so far.

not sure I follow what you're getting at, but nice imagery nonetheless :D

I guess it's about people who wander around and have who they sleep with as their sole topic of conversation and personality trait. “I am straight/gay/bi/goat-sexual, Hello, and my name is Sharleena.” Etc.

    Aaaaaaah, gotcha :)

    btw, goat-sexual? interesting imagery :)

As for the furry comment, bleh. I like the art and concept, but the people – on either side of the argument – are completely nutso! A website I run and play around with got pounced on by SomethingAwful a while back. For the following week, I had the most disturbing comments on my blog from both camps. Was quite fun :)

*laughs* The goons are awful! Lucky you. I have some furry friends, that's all – and they suffer severely from the brainhook analogy. It's never “Hi, how's the weather, how are you?”, always “Cats do it better, the taxes are up, I will only sleep with stripes, looks like rain, spots are so passé.” Seriously. It makes me cringe-yet-giggle. I've got a few friends from other camps-'o'-fetish and they can be pretty similar, too.

and yet my fingers keep on typing. those reflexes, you know…

“Cats do it better, the taxes are up, I will only sleep with stripes, looks like rain, spots are so passé.”

That's sooo true :) I used to dabble in the fandom a while ago, but geez, people take the concept way beyond the extreme. You're a lifestyler? Fine, that's nice. You need to realize that not all people will share your point of view, and please don't take it personally and proselytize to all that can hear you when it happens.

Furries also tend to have uber violent rows about… everything basically. It got boring after a while :)

who needs a head? Didn't Leonard Da Quirm prove that people have all their brains in their left toe at one point?
