Things are starting to happen for my move. The first load of boxes – mostly containing books I'm not bringing with me – is safely tucked away at the folks'. Interesting news on the apartment front. The place in Cambridge I wanted is mine but for the verification of my references. I should find out before thursday. Once that's done, things can start moving at a faster clip – mostly on the paperwork side of things.
Had a dentist appointment this morning – I'm making full use of my dental plan while I still have one :) That, and I hadn't been for a cleaning in over 2 years, eeeep! As such, there was a goodly amount of gunk that required scraping and now my gums are a bit sensitive. Meh, that'll pass. My dentist is officially insane. I love the guy. I've been going to see him for over 25 years. That's more than a few of you who are reading this have been alive. This makes me giggle.
