In other news…

Posted on June 9, 2006 By admin 3 Comments on In other news…

My coffee intake has been slashed dramatically! I'm down to one cup of coffee a day and drink green tea for the rest of the day at work. No caffeine and plenty of anti-oxidants.

The impressive thing is that I've not killed anybody yet!

    ok, well less caffeine then.

    coffee (5 oz. cup) 80mg/serving.
Green Tea (one tea bag) 20 mg/serving

Considering that I was drinking the equivalent of 7-8 of those piddly 5oz servings a day, if not more, switching to 2 or 3 servings of a drink that has 1/4 of the caffeine is a pretty good thing, I'd say :P

Quote of the day

In the second scroll of Wen the Eternally Surprised a story is written concerning one day when the apprentice Clodpool, in a rebellious mood, approached Wen and spake thusly: "Master, what is the difference between a humanistic, monastic system of belief in which wisdom is sought by means of an apparently nonsensical system of questions and answers, and a lot of mystic gibberish made up on the spur of the moment?" Wen considered this for some time, and at last said: "A fish!" And Clodpool went away, satisfied.
