I biked my 75th mile this afternoon. I've been to the gym every day for one hour, doing what I said I was going to do. I'm quite proud of myself.
However, I'm not happy with the fact that I've gained close to hafl a stone.

A stone's 14 pounds, I think? So you've gained almost seven? Could it be fluid? I know men fon't have the hotmonally driven water retention problems that women do, but I think there's things that cuold be making you retain fluid… eating a lot of salty stuff lately?
