Niagara Falls freezes over
The polar vortex created a winter wonderland at one of the world’s most iconic locations when extreme temperatures froze parts of the famous Niagara falls on the US and Canadian border.

Can’t seem to wake up
I can’t seem to wake up these days. I’m chugging caffeine at work, but to no avail. I sleep ok-ish, but I’m not getting rested. Weird dreams.

This is perfectly normal and I love it
Switzerland is a land of dog owners. It is commonplace to see people with dogs in restaurants, shops, etc. There is even a class of bus/train tickets for them. In this case, people were simply walking over the huge mutt lying across the bus aisle and nobody cared, least of which the dog :-)
My god, I’m a scent-whore!
I used to have a flatmate in Montreal who had loads of cologne bottles in the bathroom and I used to tease him for it. I have just realised that I have become him.
