Getting ready
I’m in Brussels to give a talk at a personalised nutrition workshop. Bobble, who by law must always travel with me, is helping me go through my speaker notes.
I’ve also gotten advice and support from my colleagues.

Finally made it to Lisbon. Flight delayed, thought my bag might have been lost (it wasn’t), it’s raining, but no worries. I’m in my hotel, I have Wi-Fi and I have plans to meet up with co-workers later tonight.

Last sushi for a while
The holidays are over, and now we’re going to be on short rations until we pay off all the bills. Still, we’d promised Bean a sushi lunch before we left, so we made good on that at Shinka, a sushi bar we found via TripAdvisor. Was so good, some tempura, calamari and soft shell crab rolls were eaten before they could be instagrammed!
